OBS Studio

OBS Studio is a free and open source software for video recording and live streaming.

Starting from version 25.0 OBS Studio supports SRT output.

The usage of SRT protocol with OBS Studio is described in OBS wiki page "Streaming with SRT or RIST protocols".
